For those of you who have seen the movie "The Fighter" with Mark Wahlberg, Christian Bale, and Amy Adams, Micky Ward and Dicky Eklund were in the house! These are the boxing brothers whose lives were documented in a loose biography in "The Fighter." It was their story that hit the big screen.

They're in town to give a presentation at UAA, but Your Alaska Link was lucky enough to have the boxers in our studio! Dicky (left in the photo) and Micky (right) had fun picking on Mark, but didn't want to rough him up too badly since Mark had to be on TV in a few minutes :)
