Food Cart Craze Comes to Anchorage

ANCHORAGE -- Wheel Good Food is not your typical fast food lunch fare. This meals on wheels sensation is bringing gourmet meals to parks across town.

This triple threat is a business, restaurant and vehicle all in one. The mobile restaurant packs a punch as it burns up the roads and braises brisket.

Co-Owners and husband and wife combo, Richard Geiger and Kathey Robinson spent weeks developing their menu before hitting the pavement three weeks ago.

The menu changes weekly, but every item is homemade. The on-the-go restaurant serves up lunch five days a week, so the next time you're in a crunch to squeeze in lunch it might pay off to look and see what meal comes rolling into your part of town.

You can find more information on when Wheel Good Food will be hitting a street corner near you at www.wheelgoodfood.com.
