Anchorage Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a subject who sexually assaulted a woman in late February.

Anchorage Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a subject who sexually assaulted a woman in late February.

On February 25, 2012, a female was picked up in the Mountain View area and driven to the Fairview Post Office where she was sexually assaulted in the suspect’s vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, 35-45 years of age with brown eyes and thinning brown hair that was worn in a ponytail and goatee. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a red 80’s or 90’s model small domestic pickup truck (Chevy, Ford, or Dodge), with a bench seat. The victim provided a composite sketch of the suspect to police.
