Fire in East Anchorage Leaves 3 People Homeless

Three adults are misplaced after a fire engulfs their mobile home in east Anchorage.

ANCHORAGE - Three adults are misplaced after a fire engulfs their mobile home in east Anchorage.

The Anchorage Fire Department received the call from one of the occupants shortly before 9 a.m. Monday morning.

Fourteen units responded to the trailer located at 4110 Debarr Road in the Glacier Terrace trailer court.

Fire officials say responders had the blaze under control by 10 a.m. And the mobile home is considered a total loss.

Fire investigators have not ruled out arson as a possible cause. The fire is under investigation.

The Red Cross of Alaska is assisting the 3 people misplaced by the fire. No Injuries were reported.
