Police Ask Public to Help Identify Body Found in East Anchorage

Police are asking the public for help in identifying a body found Tuesday (2/12) evening off of Campbell Airstrip Rd.

ANCHORAGE - Police are asking the public for help in identifying a body found Tuesday evening. (2/12)

The deceased adult male was found off of Campbell Airstrip Rd.

Police describe him as muscularly built adult in his late 30's or early 40's. He is 5'10 and weigh around 240 pounds, with short brown curly hair, brown eyes and has a medium-dark complexion. He also has a thin mustache, a patch of hair on his bottom lip and has multiple tattoos. He was also found wearing a grey jacket with a blue hood.

Police say he may have ties to Hawaii.
