ANCHORAGE- Alaska State Troopers are investigating the discovery of a man's body outside Palmer.

Troopers said Saturday they believe the man was being sought by troopers for an outstanding felony warrant and that his car had been found parked at Moose Creek in August.

A spokeswoman says a person walking a dog Friday afternoon near Moose Creek found the body.

Troopers have not released the man's name, pending positive identification from the state medical examiner's office.
