Caregiving can be a difficult job that brings on stress which affects the caregiver’s mental and physical well being.

A short interval of rest or relief can allow the caregiver to renew strength, gain perspective and maintain balance between caring for another person and caring for him/herself.

By accepting respite, you make time for yourself and other responsibilities while knowing your loved one is in good hands.
