ANCHORAGE- A man suspected of driving impaired and causing a fatal crash has been indicted by an Anchorage grand jury.

The grand jury last week indicted 29-year-old Andre Clinton on a second-degree murder charge. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Clinton was behind the wheel of a sport utility vehicle that rolled at around 2 a.m. July 12 on Commercial Drive in northeast Anchorage.
Prosecutors say his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
The crash killed 32-year-old Marcia Mausali.
Clinton was convicted of driving under the influence in September 2012 and in July was driving on a revoked license.
Consuming alcohol was a violation of his bail condition on another arrest.
