Man Dies in Fall on Fishing Boat

A 25-year-old Dillingham man has died of injuries suffered in a fall on a fishing boat.

ANCHORAGE- A 25-year-old Dillingham man has died of injuries suffered in a fall on a fishing boat.

Alaska State Troopers say the fall killed Joey J. Paul.
Troopers say Paul on Thursday night was working on a 38-foot boat in Chignik Lagoon and fell into an area near the engine.
He was taken to the Chignik Lagoon Clinic, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy by the state medical examiner has been scheduled.
