Rollover slows commute on Glenn Highway

An unidentified man driving his jeep north on the Glenn highway Thursday hit a patch of ice and left the road.

The S-U-V rolled down the embankment coming to rest just before the treeline south of the Thunderbird Falls exit.

The incident happened during the afternoon commute slowing traffic northbound but no other vehicle was involved and anchorage Police did not cite the man.
