KODIAK- Those using the new public library in Kodiak have a better view these days.

One of the two large satellite dishes that sat in front of the library has been removed.
The city entered into an agreement to pay AT&T the costs of the removal, about $45,000.
That leaves one dish still out front. City Manager Aimee Kniaziowski says the city and the telecommunications company should resume negotiations over removing that one too in the coming months.
