Wallace Named New Kodiak police Chief

Kodiak has a new police chief.

KODIAK- Kodiak has a new police chief.

 
Ronda Wallace was promoted Friday from her current position as lieutenant in charge of the department's operational division.
Other positions she's held in her 15 years with the Kodiak Police Department include patrol officer, investigator, detective and sergeant.
She's also had training at the FBI and state of Alaska academies, and she is a certified member of the sexual assault response team.
T.C. Kamai retired as chief in September.
