Denby Lloyd was arrested early Sunday morning in Juneau, after police pulled him over for a traffic stop.
Lloyd was stopped for expired tags but failed a field sobriety test after an officer saw signs of possible intoxication.
His breathalizer test registered at .143, the legal limit is .08.
The judge prohibited Lloyd from drinking alcohol while the case is pending, but did not set bail or any travel restrictions.
