New Freshman Dorm Project Going Up in Juneau

JUNEAU- A new residence hall will soon grace the University of Alaska Southeast campus in Juneau.
Concrete should start pouring this coming week for the 31,000-square-foot freshman residence hall.
The project will cost $14 million and will be two, four-story dormitories connected by a commons area.
It will be completed in two phases, with the first dorm completed by July. The second building should be done by November 2014.
