If you cannot adapt that way of living into your lifestyle, the Zone and Mediterranean Diets offer balanced nutrition with less restrictions.
The main take away from all the plans we have discussed this past month?
If your goal is to stay healthy, lose weight or just feel better, know that there are no shortcuts.
Eating less processed foods, smaller portions while shying any from excessive amounts of refined sugars and sodium will enable you to live longer, with an overall better quality of life.
Temporary diets are not the answer.
Find something that works for you and stick with it.
